Sisters' Summer Earned Them A Once-In-A-Lifetime Experience

Two lucky sisters in Chicago got the surprise of their life when their lemonade stand was visited by Barbie and the Chicago Sky basketball team. The girls, 9-year-old Aniyah and 7-year-old Aaliyah, had been running their lemonade stand all summer to raise money for their family.

When Barbie and the Sky players arrived, they brought along VIP tickets to the Sky's next game, as well as a donation to the girls' family. The girls were thrilled, and they said they couldn't wait to go to the game.

The Sky's visit was part of the team's "Hoops for Hope" program, which aims to give back to the community. The team has visited schools, hospitals, and other organizations throughout the year.

Barbie is a longtime supporter of the Sky, and she has been involved in several of the team's community outreach programs. She said she was happy to be able to bring some joy to the girls.

"I know how important it is to give back to the community," Barbie said. "I'm so happy that we were able to make these girls' dreams come true."

The girls' mother, Latoya, said she was grateful for the Sky's visit. She said it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for her daughters.

"They've been working so hard all summer, and this is just the perfect way to end it," Latoya said.
